Church Hill Theatre produces a top quality, high-content publication for its patrons every year. We call our traditional theatre playbill "Showbill," and the quality and content represents both CHT and its advertising partners very well.
Produced on high-quality materials, the publication carries between 60 and 72 pages of content including ads for organizations and businesses, general theatre and season information, production-specific covers and insert information and various other content.
Our Showbill Committee is currently talking to members of the community about being well represented in the upcoming season's Showbill. Ads are extremely affordable, with prices ranging from $75 for a one-eighth page ad to $800 for a full page, full-color ad. These ads will appear in every Showbill publication throughout the season.
With 9 performances of 5 different productions, your ad will be seen by 45 audiences between January and December. Additionally, during the course of the season, we "shout out" to all Showbill advertisers by thanking them individually during our pre-show announcements.
The funds raised by the ad campaign pay for the printing costs of all season Showbills for that year, and also provide a modest revenue to support of our children's education programs.

As you are all aware, The Theatre is temporarily closed and the 2020 season has been interrupted because of the shutdown, and it is not clear when the ban on public gatherings will be lifted. The Green Room Gang is also cancelled for this season, although we are offering a Virtual mini-camp workshop the week of July 6-10. The End of Year Annual Report(s) is forthcoming.
